TOPOGRAF is labelled "topographic drum sequencer".
Is it possible to use it with other sound sources ? (I have in mind with ALGODRONE and with WAVETABLES)

TOPOGRAF produces trigger signals, so you can use it e.g. to trigger envelopes, maybe syncing an LFO and other trigger-related operations.
Anybody here with examples of creative use other than drums?

I was wondering if Topograph could be used a basic trigger sequencer. Might have to add that. between the TRIG164 and Topo should be able to do some nice Steve Reich-like "Clapping Music."

I've used as the trigger for the SEQ16 to get some interesting patterns. It can get even more interesting if fed into some logic first, combined with the TRIQ164.

You can also use the euclidean mode instead of drumpatterns for that kind of stuff.

Skittery top lines over a techno track. PERFECT for the TOPOGRAF. Just have the TOPOGRAF pretend it's a sequencer's clock.

The Topograf is my favourite module! I use it to control loads, I love combining different functions in a patch. This track was made with the Topograf controlling S&H, which fed the pitch of an operator for FM synthesis. It's got so many uses if you think outside the box!

Topograf is really a very nice module for gating, it can be combined with the trig sequencers and logic modules or just one of them gating envelopes for filters and another sequencer for the vca gate (Trancegate) or anything else modulation related of course. There is a lot of cool rhytmic stuff possible, and its usable in a musical way. Also using it as rhytmic clock for another sequencer is cool.
Would like to see some more of the mutable instruments stuff.
