I was sceptical as well at first, but I checked out their website and even their recent financial reports and it seems like a nice and serious charity. I did that too and wasn't sure because about 450k$ from 1 million are staff cost. But maybe it's for teachers. So it looks OK I think. That was my thought as well. Being able to pay staff for their charity work is a good thing in my opinion and also the (reported) manager’s salary wasn‘t outrageous. Haha  |

It's doesn't strike me as that much for an international organization. |

hopefully the fireworks banging and whizzing will have subdued by saturday so i can get the full 2 hours listen in! or maybe i should treat that as part of the experience ;0]
