Hello Electronics Abuser!
I tried several patches to get the most out of the 3VCSWITCH but couldn't make it work with lfo as I'd hoped nor was able to get latch switches from pulse only momentary one. I guess I'm missing something from this but I found out the best result so far was to use the gate output from the SEQ16.
Here is a rhythmical patch using the SEQ16 to switch and different logic between the two:
As I'm kinda bad for live patching; I'm trying to get a ready made patch as
Mylarmelodies interpretation on Steevio's one...
What would you try? What's your take on rhythm section? Or use of 3CVSWITCH

I ussualy trigger the switch of 3CVSWITCH module by triplet output of BEAT DIVIDER which is synched to f.e. SEG16 accent output or two of it steps via LOGIC module. With such combination I try to achieve rhythmic changes in intervals different than SEQ16 gate regular tempo, which I usualy use to run a melody. STEP10 combined with BEAT DIVIDER is useful too in making such gates signals independently from SEQ16 gates. STEP10 may be used as gate sequencer but must be paired with envelope to create proper gate length, as STEP10 sends triggers which is not enough for 3CVSWITCH. |

As to 3CVSWITCH I find it very useful in all kind of patches, not only with rhythm. I often use it to send OSC voice into two different filters, switching between the paths irregulary as the melody goes. edit: there even was a challenge with 3CVSWITCH as the main theme, so You'll find many ideas for this module there. |

Found what I was doing wrong with the lfo. The switch needs to be on triangle and not on sawtooth as it was ...  Will continue checking those links to get more ideas... |

The switches change their "position" as long as the gate input is high; with the sawtooth selected in the LFO, it's square output is only a very narrow pulse, therefore the issue you have encountered. You can try also the variable pulsewidth output on the LFO and control the on/off ratio with the pulsewidth knob on the LFO.
