Scheming on my last few spaces of the 2x16 and wondering if the algodrone could fill a spot... I know it's not an oscillator as such, but with the grain size dialed in does it track to pitch CV? Can it function as a dirty oscillator and track like one too?

I don't think you'll get more than an octave of relatively good note tracking from it though. But I connected it to my Keystep and played around with some arpeggios and it's a lot of fun!

Thanks for checking that - really helpful.

I've been using the Algodrone for some sound design bits and bobs lately and it's great - you can definitely use it as an OSC, though like 5th Volt said you won't get a massive range! I've been having fun using it's clock cycle to sequence it's pitch!
