Has anybody found a 4 or 5 position rotary switch that works in the AE formfactor? Preferably one that doesn't require 200 pound-foot of torque to turn Mikael / MikMo

I ain't sure but this looks like it could fit in the aemodular. It's a 1P12T but as long as it costs about nothing, maybe it could be usefull to you :
and its pcb option :
I own one and it's not a "pain in the ass" to turn.
Do you think it could work ?

I have also been searching. Adafruit were advertising a tiny Chinese 1p8t rotary switch but it is no longer in stock and, so far I have not managed to track it down via Alibaba, Banggood etc. There are a few links in this thread forum.aemodular.com/thread/616/patchbae-simple-patch-bay-aeAlso, maybe some slider switches might have enough positions for you? They are narrow enough to fit in a single unit vertically.

This is an Illuminated (red and gree) Rotary (8 positions) Push Button (two change over) switch and it fits into a single unit module!
