Oh I should mention I wasn't getting any signal on the right channel of my output, not sure if this is a recording issue or a YouTube related one

If you don't want to buy/ make a splitter cable, you can always use Audacity in post  |

If you don't want to buy/ make a splitter cable, you can always use Audacity in post definitely! I used Audacity for many years back in college, mixing to mono is pretty essential and also super handy. |
