The forum has crossed the 50,000 views threshold!

Some of you that are up late or live close to my timezone (Australia, China, Japan, etc) may have noticed that today they can see Advertisement Banners popping up at the top and bottom of the forum.
This is annoying, but also a good thing! The way the forum works is that Robert has to pay nothing for the hosting and operation of the forum, but then there will be ads placed at the top and bottom. He then pays a little to remove them but that is done in various stages. Currently he pays for up to 50,000 pageviews that are ad free. And for the last 18 months that was more than sufficient.
Not any more! This is the first time since the start of the forum that we have exceeded that limit and that only on the last day of a very long month (at least it feels long to me, but for different reasons). So most of you might not even get to see the ads when you wake up tomorrow/today.
I'll monitor the views and if this occurs more frequently and we hit the threshold further into the month then I'll ask Robert to pay up to the next level, but I think we will be OK for now.
In any way .. thank you all for being here and please don't stop reading the forum ... the more the merrier!
