Hello everyone, Gaëtan has outdone himself with this latest update of the AE Modular Grid. It now features a visual module browser, a function that lets you view discontinued modules and the ability to make DIY modules that you can put into your rack as placeholders. The reserve shelf is now optional. You can drag modules directly from the browser into the rack or you can put them into the shelf first (which starts collapsed, but can be expanded with a click). The modules also have a direct link to the appropriate page on the wiki where you can find the documentation for that module. Please let me and Gaëtan know if you have any other ideas on how this can be improved. However I think it's already a fantastic tool and hats off to Gaëtan for making this! grid.aemodular.com/

We have put a new version with a fix, can you try again? IOS is quite capricious it seems, and since I don't have any device running it, I can't test.

rockysmalls I tried it on an iPhone with the current iOS 13.3 simply in Safari. When I press SAVE it asks me if I want to download the json file and I can upload it again via LOAD RACK from iOS Files (browse ...). Drag & drop only works from the module reserve and not directly from the module finder.

BUT i have found a workaround based on yr mention of .json files.. on mine it does not mention, ask or even hint at the java script stuff and saving always defaults to .pdf ( for some unknown reason ) SO.. i selected and copied all the :blob: text, put it into a new text file in readdle Docs then renamed it to .json... et voilá! that json file can be found and opened and seems to be saved entirely correctly.. so at least workable tanks again all especially gaetan

I'll implement a workaround for iOS where you can copy and paste the json text instead of the file saving and upload.

On my iPhone and iPad in iOS 13.3 Safari the modules still don’t show in the rack when loading a json file or pasting the code. It does show the name, rack and price though and it looks like the modules are in the code too. The rack is just being displayed empty.
