hi, I’m thinking slowly to get a starter rack 2 since a few of time.. i have sent mail on the website about waiting and payment, but no answer.. Someone know how many time is the waiting actually ? 3 months ? (i think get a starter rack but maybe some new module like grain, maybe solina too.. yeah i never use modular..!) And does if i paid with paypal is instantly debited or when shipping ?? really better if instantly, don’t know if i have money in some weeks...... thank you for your answer  |

Yes wait times are about 3 months at the moment, although Robert is trying hard to reduce this.
Your PayPal will be debited instantly.

Orders placed now should get out more quickly than 3 months; these long waiting times are still a result of a health issue I encountered in the summer plus the increasing order volume I faced as a one-man business then. But I'm not more alone with the AE production, fortunately!

no problem about waiting time, it’s always a good thing at the end when you get the product in your hands.

I thought maybe someone would like to see an update on waiting time. I ordered bunch of modules on April 11th - 2020. Today (june 26th) came shipment confirmation. Yaay! Super excited and already planing another order with some of the latest goodies |

I also have a couple orders in the pipeline. Tangible Waves has always done right by me before so I’m not particularly worried, but it would be helpful if there was a way to look up your order on the Tangible Waves site so a person can at least see the current order status.

Unfortunately this is not possible given the nature of the shopping system. However there are various emails that are being sent out at various stages, for instance once your order goes from the waiting into the production queue and then again when it's being shipped. |
