Yes, Sam is totally awesome! I love him, he does what he does with 200% passion. I also support his work via patreon - it's definitely worth to do it IMO.

I'm also a big fan. I've built a couple of his projects, including the Big Button drum sequencer which is fantastic.
I remember seeing this video a while back - it got me into the idea of using vactrols in all sorts of projects.

Wow, you built the Big button? I'm seriously thinking about adapting it for AE, participating Sam somehow. I'm also a big fan. I've built a couple of his projects, including the Big Button drum sequencer which is fantastic. As soon as I watched the Big Button video, I couldn't not build it! Sam's videos are highly inspirational - bubbling over with an excess of energy and enthusiasm, but, luckily, he makes everything clear and easy to follow with the project files he generously makes available on his website. I incorporated a Robertsonics' Wav Trigger into my build and made it patch-able. I'd love to see it adapted to the AE. If Sam were involved, I can't begin to imagine the possibilities! |
