Introducing the new Ray Gun from LGM! Some of you may have been following the thread on the DIY Building board but if not, here's a quick explanation: Ray Gun is a controller for an LED strip (included with the module). It accepts triggers via 3 inputs which create various different light effects on the LED strip which it connects to via a mono 3.5mm cable (also included). There is a button for each input for manual triggering, as well as a mode button/input to cycle through the 8 available modes. The LED strip is powered separately from the AE case so it won't suck all the current away from your system. Check out The Store for more information or Our Instagram for some demos. I want to give a big shout out to keurslagerkurt and namke for being incredibly supportive during the development process. As well as pol and tIB for helping with the testing and providing lots of really useful feedback

As a beta tester I can happily recommend this module, and highly, seriously, indubitably recommend that you pay the extra money to get the larger LED strip, the difference really wowed me!
I would encourage purchasers to buy the PSU as well; part of the reason Mr Koggs decided to make one available is I had fun when the first module arrived trying to find a suitable one . I can tell you from experience that the LEDs won't work properly if under-powered...

Really nice. I guess each strip has its own power supply, then?

Yeah that's right. In theory you could daisy-chain from a single power source but you'd need one that delivers twice the current
