unable to make Grains speak with my Macbook pro OS 10.14

Hello sorry as i'm a big noob in Arduino stuff.
I just can't sync the Grains board to my computer, I've tryed with (old bootloader( option for processor) I've tryed to install CH340 drivers, but as I am on MOJAVE, some say i would'nt need it... tryed several USB cable....
Is there something to choose with "programmer" menu ? I'm on AVRISP mk 2

here is the error messages i get when trying to upload gingko firmware casio rz21. Thank you for any help .... I just can't make my Grains speak with my mac
Also : i've tryed to install ARDUINO IDE 2.2 but it does'nt open properly ( no window, no settings, just a blank app running)
