BEATS is a 4-track trigger sequencer with song mode and space for up to 800 patterns of up to 256 steps, plus swing, repeats, advancing, etc. It's one of the earlier programs in my GRAINS repository.
I have just added to the DAVE java program a little file option to load .mid files from your DAW and save their patterns as C code, in .h files, from which it's easy to cut and paste directly into BEATS. So now it's pretty easy to make long multitrack patterns for BEATS.
