I have posted RUCKUS in my repository. RUCKUS generates white noise, pulse noise, and white noise pushed through 12db low-pass, band-pass, and high-pass filters. You can specify the cutoff frequency and resonance.
Edit. I have added random sample and hold, plain sample and hold, and track and hold, plus scaling and shifting.
