SWITCHBLADE, an Attenuverter/Lag Smoother/Fuzzer for GRAINS

I have posted SWITCHBLADE in my repository. SWITCHBLADE is a variety of CV utilities crammed into one space.  It's mostly an experiment with whether Mozzi can be used to output useful CV instead of Audio (answer: more or less), and involved a number of other functions before I settled on the given combination.

SWITCHBLADE sums two inputs, one attenuated, then optionally applies fix-lag smoothing to them (like the SLEW/EDGE module).  It then puts the result into an attenuverter, and finally optionally applies fuzz.
