So my tbd issues are leading me towards messing with power - it's probably due as I'd imagine I'm pushing fairly close to limit with my current digital heavy 3x16 (I had quite a bit of headroom last time I checked though have added a couple of bits since).
Anyhow, I have a desktop variable linear PSU I'm going to mess with next week that outputs a couple of amps - I'm thinking I'll make a cable to run 5v and gnd direct into the distribution cable. If nothing else it will be interesting to see if any system noise is eliminated.
My other plan is to try running off one of the new raspberry pi psu's, which provide about 4A and add an on/off switch through usb c connector. Hoping the supply is pretty low on noise - I've been pretty impressed with the raspi PSUs in the past and have a mate who swears by them.
I figure whatever happens with the TBDs - I'm pretty sure issues are code related rather than PSU after more testing earlier in a smaller config - having more headroom in the system can't be a bad thing?
Advice welcome...
