Just launched a deep dive into the two Kastle clones from Wonkystuff, along with 4 patches showcased at the end of the video. It wound up being a lot longer than I had originally planned, but a lot of the time is taken up by some light jamming and the patches at the end. Hope this proves useful to anyone who has one or is thinking of picking them up for their own rack.
It's worth noting that Wonkystuff had some notes about some of the inputs/outputs of the modules, so I've left them in a pinned comment at the top of the comments section.

Ok to link from the modules wiki pages?

Awesome video. You've got top notch production, so nice to see the AE modular in such settings. I was never really convinced by the Kastle synths but your video actually makes a lot of good points and I think it was a great demo. Not really for my workflow, but certainly cool, especially if you're always recording for snippets to sample.

You immediately answer the first question I had, which is how to pronounce RSKT.

This is a pretty great video. Thanks for the thorough exploration and explanations and stuff. It's such an oblique little module compared to more standard types of modules that it's nice to have the visual and demos of what does what.

Really glad you found it useful (and that you can now pronounce RSKT )
