 This track was originally made completely with the AEmodular (in multiple sessions) and especially with the great RAINS module (plus DIODE FILTER, SEQ16/8, LFOs … the usual suspects… and CIRUSS). Because it already had this orchestral touch, I added some more orchestral sounds in the background (it's less than you might think, the AE stuff did so much on its own). There is also a video: |

Very cool video as well, what kind of software/filters do you use for your videos? I depends, but in this case the raw cut was made directly in Reaper. The resulting video was send thru "Magic" magicmusicvisuals.com/, a software able to apply plenty of effects, all of which allows to control nearly every parameter of the fx based on the sound (Volume and some spectrum areas). At the end of the day its a visual programming environment which I learned to like over the years, although there are more spectacular tools out there. |
