Anyone wondering if the Volca decksaver mk2 fits the AE Vcase-7? IT DOES!  ... the cut out for the power lead isn’t in the right place but its a nice snug fit guaranteed to keep the dust/accidental laugh coffee snorts out!   |

Oh how i wish there were a full range of decksavers for the regular size racks! That's a really nice micro setup you've got going in that case too...love these little racks..i'm continually inspired by the "Lunchbox" thread on LinesIs the VCASE7 made of metal or the same material as regular cases? I haven't been able to tell from any of the photos. edit: and the colour scheme on the knobs is lovely too, very aesthetic |

I haven't been able to tell from any of the photos. edit: and the colour scheme on the knobs is lovely too, very aesthetic No metal, the sides are the solid pcb type stuff , the rest is the compression board used on the other cases but with the lip at the top & bottom it’s all very damn solid .. no flexing like you might get in a 20row etc .. really I put this setup together as an effects unit to process other external stuff as it has stereo In/outs so you can get the full scope of the Odd Evens of the Rains and the stereo of Cirrus ,, that said i just made 48 mins of recording just using the uDISTORTION & uTONE fed back into each other then on to Rains-Cirrus ,, with a bit of S&H and envelope following the results back into controls for structure on Rains etc ... just , effing, loverlllyyy .. time flys ... so now to push a cassette through it and maybe try and find some of those easter eggs in Rains yet another Hats off to you Robert & tAEm Tangible .. oh and EmilieG too!! |

Rings abound ... i guess our thread could be called “SandwichBox” as the Vcase7 is about the size if a decent sandwich,, Morphagene very prevalent on there , makes me wish we had one or something similar for Ae.. roll on Samplyr.. also I wish i could get an envelope follower in uModule size! this tiny set up keeps surprising me, endless atmospherics.. |
