My immediate thought is yes. There's plenty musicians out there doing weird stuff that gets views. Maybe financially the game has changed? But I'm not a professional musician so I wouldn't know. Either way even if that video is good, these type of thumbnail+title combos are clickbaity enough for me to avoid them entirely.
