Hello! I started my adventures with the AE Modular, and in fact with synths in general, in order to increase the scope of sound design for my animated film projects. However I have found this to be an increasingly appealing rabbit hole, and while I don't consider myself very melodically gifted I have been having fun with some slightly more musical experiments. I'm very much a beginner when it comes to composing and I know absolutely nothing about about mixing/mastering, so this is just me having fun really, and in the spirit of community, I thought I would share This is my favourite of the recordings I've posted so far on my new Soundcloud profile, there are a couple more on there and I'll continue to add them as they emerge. Thank you for listening!

As 101 said. Could you provide some insight on what modules you used?

As 101 said. Could you provide some insight on what modules you used? Thank you! I recorded it about a week ago so next time I'll take more notes, but if I recall correctly it was something like this: SEQ8 sequencing the VCO, I think it was the square wave but not sure. That went through the SVfilter on which I periodically turned up the resonance until it squealed, and then through the wasp filter to filter everything but the very high frequency chirping. That in turn went into the stomp io through a Dark Star pad reverb from Old Blood Noise Endeavours. Then the same SEQ8 also went into the sample hold, clocked by a division of the clock used for the above. I think that was sequencing both oscillators on the 2osc/d. I think it was triangle waves. That sequence was also being slewed by the slew/edge. They were mixed before going into The VCA, and that was controlled by the RBSS! Percussion was provided by the Kastle drum. I think that's about it!
