I'd forgotten about the Emu modular, I always think of the 19" rack romplers from much later. Quite a rarity.... Nice it's actiually been used to make some music,

Music (of sorts!) has got to be made with this stuff, and yeah, I was very much in the right place/time category in terms of landing this.
There's a guy in the UK who has kept things going with the format after importing a huge amount of emu modular in the states and filling out with his own MEMS style versions of the original circuits - turns out he lives within half an hour too. My system is a mixture of old, his repro along with an Oakley midi-cv.
It's quite something as a format - I believe it will be more widely available soon(ish) by way of another manufacturer offering repros, though I've no idea how true to source those will be, but it may give me an opportunity to add sone sequencing to my two voice setup.
