Thinking about a one unit voice I took another look at the Sawvox. On Tangible Waves site, it's out of stock but I notice Juno UK still seems to have a couple.
OTOH TW seems to be promising some kind of updated Sawvox.
So I wonder, what's going into the new and improved Sawvox? And when is it likely to arrive? And at what price?
Is it worth picking up the original from Juno? Or better to wait for the new version?
Also AFAICT it's another module based on a microcontroller, so is what the Sawvox does effectively emulatable by or substitutable by Grains? Or a Wonkystuff core.ae? Or is it a particular beast with its own sound?

The wiki give some more insight on what the module actually sounds like and what the inner workings are.

Thanks.
I didn't see anything there about the new version. Is there anything on that?

Thanks. I didn't see anything there about the new version. Is there anything on that? There's nothing to say about the "new version" as currently it is in Robert's head - would not liek to say when would be available, if ever as sometimes things don't get released that are discussed on the forum....
