I'm having trouble loading the latest o_C hemisphere Suite into the AE Ornament&Crime module:
1. I've downloaded the Teensy Loader (1.52) and HemisphereSuite-1_99Repeating.hex file. 2. I start the Teensy loader and open the hex file. The Teensy loader indicates 25% used. 3. I click the 'Auto' button on the Teensy loader. The Auto button appears 'lit.' 4. I connect the module to my PC (WIN11) using the USB connector. The LED on the Teensy is lit and the module appears to boot up with the screen eventually displaying a single horizontal line at the bottom. 5. I press and hold the button on the Teensy 6. Power on the Ornament&Crime Module from the bus (via MASTER I/O module) 7. Release the button on the Teensy - as shown in the SynthDad video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dg_acylaMZU). 8. Nothing appears to happen. 9. After disconnecting the USB cable and powering on again, I get the original firmware displayed.
Note: If I click on 'Operation', both the Program and Reboot options are greyed-out with Auto on or off.
What am I doing wrong?

Hmm, we are doing it as following: - I use version 1.55 of Teensy loader; don't know if this makes a big diffence - Connect the Teensy via USB - Load the HEX file - Press short the button on Teensy (don't hold it) - I assume "Auto" was enabled, but I'm not sure (I didn't made it by myself for a while now, and have no Teensys any more at hand ) - Also no need to power the module from the AE, while programming it gets it's power from the USB bus. - The program and reboot buttons should be enabled with the Teensy connected. Maybe it's a Windows 11 issue? The official guide for Teensy Loader is here: www.pjrc.com/teensy/loader_win10.htmlHere my complete set of files (HEX and Teensy Loader): 1drv.ms/u/s!AiNLX43Ton7dkZsVAgnsGnZeG2dWsg?e=OgkBis (PLease copy-paste the link; it doesn't work/is clipped here) Please let us know the outcome!

Many thanks Robert for taking the time to help with this problem.
I tried again using your referenced loader and hex file with the same result. So, I booted up my laptop to see if I could get the loader to work from there. But, just before connecting the o_C module, I searched GOOGLE for 'o_C teensy loader' to see if there were other instructions or help out there and, voila! I found a solution at MOD WIGGLER (https://modwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=211661).
I started the Teensy Loader, opened the latest o_C Hemisphere hex file and clicked the 'Auto' button. I then swapped the USB cable I was using to one I'd previously used with my Atruria Keystep (which I knew was always recognised by WIN11). I pressed the button on the Teensy and heard the 'USB connect' sound from WIN11 and saw the Teensy Loader display the program load and reboot messages. Following that the o_C module displayed the ADSR EG app!

Thank you chmeee5 for taking the time to so diligently report the problem and resolution here! No doubt this will be very helpful for anyone who wants to change the firmware in the future.
