polpt3r how easy is the whole recording of samples into the 1010? I know once they are in there there would be some fiddling with start end points etc but was this a bunch of long samples chopped up or did you spent time creating smaller bits to put together. really well done into a style I'm liking.

This is both longer samples with varying loop points and samples being chopped into individual hits which are then sequenced.

So the whole track is basically the different sequenced percussive hits and the longer sequenced drone/pad sounds that are arranged in a 'song' structure which can contain different sections with each section specifying which sequences are to be played during the duration of that section.
Since I have no way to record the output of the 1010 on my macbook, I resampled the output of the song as a new wave file which I then downloaded onto my laptop.
