Hello there, I'm making Rob Hordijk's Benjolin which I think outputs 0-9V this is as far as I have got with the build Is it possible to plug this directly into the Master Audio I/O socket or do I need to later the output to O-5V? I'd be grateful for any help. Cheers I can make a 5V converter from a few resistors, a diode and a Zener diode

4 I/O or the Master I/O will happily take that 9 volt and bring it down to AE levels.

Hello pt3r thanks ever such a lot for the reply, all I need is the audio output from the Benjolin, though there are lots of others, it means that I can use the AE filters etc to perform various tasks. Really great :-) Cheers

you can also send cv but negative voltages will be omitted by AE.

Thanks for the advice both,
There are various outputs from it the Rungler one looks promising when I've made it I'll have a go at that one. I've also got a TipTop Audio One I'm going to make a little wooden box for them.
Cheers

Love that homemade PCB look 😍
Good luck on the build, and I'd happily drool over some pictures if you snap some along the way! 😄
Have been looking into the benjolin in the past, would be cool to have something similar to the 'rungler' block in AE.
