Hello, I placed an order about a month ago. I've sent two emails to Tangible Waves but no reply. I was just trying to ask if it shipped.
Can someone please talk to me? I know TW it's supposed to send an email confirmation once the package ships, but that doesn't always happen.

I ordered my rack in January and it just shipped, so be patient. I felt bad sending emails because I thought it was probably a covid situation that was delaying things. Anyway I was told it was going to ship a few weeks ago and finally got an email today that it did ship. Though no tracking number yet. So your stuff will probably ship soon.
Scratch that, I got a tracking number.

I also jsu sent like five new emails for ask about if it's possible to change my order before it's shipped... I also need some help with the new AE rack creation... Basically I requested to freeze the order I just made one week ago and change it completely... I'm worried the message doesn't get through... ty.

I placed my order 2 months ago. I have sent an email with no response. Was hoping for some help if possible as I haven’t even received the email saying it’s in production just that the order was placed. Don’t mind if it hasn’t started yet just wanted to hear about the status if possible. Thanks

I've been waiting 9 weeks for a mix console. No reply to emails. After 120 days I won't be able to chargeback on the credit card. So, I'll have to do that before then if nothing happens. Edit: Got an email from Robert today. Things are moving. Thank you Robert!

I’m now getting towards 11 weeks in 3 days time waiting for my order, I held off from sending emails so as not to pressurise Robert, but caved in last week and sent one. Haven’t heard anything yet. Would just like to know how much longer I’ve got to wait and where I am on the wait list.

Hi meshed09, I know that it can be immensely frustrating to wait so long with no communication. However I can assure you that your order has not been lost and will be processed in due course. tangible waves is really just 3 people working as fast as they can to produce and ship all the orders. If one of them is off sick or takes a few days off, then that affects the whole production workflow. Long wait times have been a mainstay of tangible waves since the beginning, but given of the very low profit margins, especially in today's economy I can't see how this can be effectively improved. So all I can tell you is what we've been telling people for years now ... please be patient ... your order is not lost and Robert and his team are working hard at getting it out to you as soon as they can.

I think one thing that might help here is a message on the shop part of the website with an estimated lead time - pretty sure it's on there somewhere, but front and centre when shopping and/or ordering might help people temper expectations around when they may get their items.

Hi Admin(5thVolt) Thanks for replying, I was getting a bit concerned. I ordered when the turn around was 8 weeks, then it changed to 9, which I was also fine about, so much so I placed another order in October. So when it got to 10.5 weeks I started to get concerned and felt the need to make contact regarding my first order. For the record I am a very patient person 💟🕉️
