I spent some time over on a different forum due to a lovely new toy I received for Christmas and I can tell you, you have no idea how great this forum is until you visted some other forum.  Thank you Girls, Guys, and Non-binaries. I wish you all the best for 2022, let's keep this community the best one you can find on the interwebs.

I would like to third Pe3r's and Maydon's sentiments. Happy 2022, and thanks to all for being creative, kind, and inspiring. It's been a trip for me this get getting back into music and this community has played a big part in it (especially when I started peaking my beak out of the nest earlier this year).
Looking forward to what you all create in the coming year!

For the last 3 years this amazing community has been like my online family. I am so happy that this forum, the Discord and the AE Modular format in general has attracted such a great bunch of people who get along so well and support each other.
I'm looking forward to another year of great music, sonic experimentation und sharing of knowledge!

Lately I have been a reader on Arduino & Pico tech forums because of my mediocre programming skills,.. and my god the general tone there is at best unwelcoming, and in the more general cases bitter, aggressive, and arrogant. Really made me appreciate AE Forum even more. Only forum where I have encountered a similar amount of kind and passionate people, was on the Stereogum comment sections (although it has been a long time since i resided there, so no clue how it is now). Anyway, had a nice & good internet detox week, so my late wishes for a great new year to everyone! Hope you all had a great time, and hope that 2022 will be even better. Its thanks to you all that this community is as fantastic as it is! |
