This is a dual OR logic module with 2x 4 inputs which can be summed to a single 8 input OR gate. In addition the output can be triggered via a gate input. This will be great for rythmical clock variations and mixing sound signals in crazy ways. Awesome! While this might not sound like a spectacular module, it has been one of the most anticipated ones for me. We have a lot of trigger outputs in the AE Modular and now we can mix them properly! The gate inputs are very clever too!

Ahhhh, lovely! Now all we need is some gate delays (Sunrise notes that something like this is in the works) and some further logic (AND, XOR, comparators [maybe as part of the Slope/Edge?] and gate inverters) and then the AE will have all sorts of trigger and gate mayhem for wild rhythms, generative stuff, and so on!
[Later DUHHH! edit] Ah, right...there IS a logic module already! Forgot about it; the module line is apparently getting big enough that I can brainfart on what's there! Not that that's a bad thing, mind you...

I'll get this one once I understand the 3VC switch, Logic and Seq16 modules... Having a lot of fun but often get to somewhere I wasn't heading to!

Now all we need is some gate delays You can use the new 2ENV module as a dual trigger delay. It features and End Of Cycle trigger output which will fire when the envelope is finished. So by controlling the attack and decay time, you can control the delay between the incoming trigger/gate and the EOC trigger. You can even control it via CV  I really need to get me one or two of the this module asap! Super versatile! |
