This is really the first basic requirement, but since that is handled by the controller, the MIDI-CV interface really “just” needs to be multichannel and offer a way to assign MIDI channels 1-4 to individual pitch CV and gate outputs. However, for true MPE, pitch bend up to +/-48 semitones, velocity, aftertouch and CC74 would be required. Pitchbend +/-48 semitones it not possible though, because on AE modular we just have 5V, so 5 octaves maximum (probably just 4 precisely). So +/- 24 semitones. This is usually configureable on the controller, so it wouldn’t be much of a limitation at all.

Regarding the thread title: I’m a fan of the CV.OCD myself. Great value for money and deeply configurable

In fact, an advanced MIDI-to-CV module is quite high in my priority list […] What are your ideas / wishes? It's the perfect moment now to discuss this As I use Vermona qMI 2 for that in Eurorack, I think - 4 channels is okay
- 4*two instead of only 4*one additional CV-Out would be nice (fx ModWheel + Aftertouch)
- I do not need Polyphony, but thats just me ;-)
It would be an instant buy ;-)
