Just wanted to share my new favorite on the go setup. Mod Dwarf with the Torso T-1. Small but can do so much. Now I "only" used 2 drum machine, 3 synths and a simple multieffect chain for the guitar but still have over 10 of each to still try and implement. There's still midi effects or programing to bring Ae modular and/or video synth into the equation. Only got a sync issue when playing with my friend at yesterday's jam but whatever I switched to my lovely Ae modular box! It definitely needs computer to setup a pedalboard (patch in the Dwarf) but you can have as many as you whish in it.
What's you perfect small but deep setup?

Like the look of the T-1. would grab that If I didn't just invest in the norns. Different machines I know.
What do you think about the Mod Dwarf. do you need to use a computer a lot with it and does iot have a nice user interface.
cheers

At the beginning yes a computer is needed before to be able to do anything. Unless basic guitar/bass multieffect is enough for you. You need to create the pedalboard (patch) with all the cables and midi or CV section. However if you are familiar with guitar multieffect it's straight forward and really easy. I always used computer for this kind of thing even if the multieffect unit has onboard possiblity for creating patch. The interface is nice looking (even though this is really personal test). However, with so much that can be controlled by the pedal itself (8 page of 8 knobs plus external 4switches) when you have couple of pedalboard ready and happy with them the computer is not required anymore. But yes if the patch isn't finished or is missing some mapping (like mine) it becomes quickly annoying that you can't fixed it without computer... Anyway, at the studio I always have backup gears.

Ah ok so you can have a few pedal boards ready that you can switch back and forth to depending on your need and can assign the functions to the mod that are needed too. cool.
Just watched Loopops vid on it too. link attached for anyone interested.

It was this exact video which convinced me to get one! Definitely, a game changer for me.
