Well, that track is called Lydian's Dance or Lydian's Phase. It uses TRIP. Two oscillators are playing exactly the same melody via the quantizer in lydian mode. From there it's just a process of increasing the delay time on the TRIP module to get an effect called phasing. Phasing was developed in the 1960s by American composer Steve Reich. Back then all they had were tape delays. But, Reich also used traditional instruments to achieve the same effect in pieces like Piano Phase and Violin Phase:
