This is great! Do AE and the 0-coast play well together? I've been interested in the make noise stuff for awhile but have never had a chance to play around with it.

They play really well together. I recently got the 0control too which also adds cool sequencing of both the 0coast and Ae especially for live playing. An advantage of the Ae system is that you can quantize the Ae but not the 0coast unless you use external midi which I haven't really got into yet because the menu is a bit tedious. Or if you bring the 0coast audio through the Ae master I/O The price tag for the 0coast is great for what you get in a eurorack form and is a well built and designed product. The Ae is too of course and the same results can be achieved in Ae much cheaper.

This is great! Do AE and the 0-coast play well together? I've been interested in the make noise stuff for awhile but have never had a chance to play around with it. Since you asked I decided to give you a more detailed response with a vid too Its a simple vid showing the 0coast and 0control can connect ok and play nice with the Ae Modular and Volca Modular. To make it easier to see I hold down the first pressure pad of the 0Control to hold the sequencer and turn each knobs to change each setting. I then release the sequencer and turn on the 0Coast slope cycle to start the Ae modular. It was a challenge to play the sequencer with one hand and video each section being effected with the other but I think I got it all in the ballpark..... The details are below 0coast CV sum is controlling the Fold of the Volca Modular via y cable (no VM module yet.......but the The Fifth Volt is about to do a vid on that I believe) 0coast Contour is controlling the Mod of the Volca Modular via y cable 0Coast Slope EOC is controlling the Ae Modular clock into the Topograf module 0Control 1st row is controlling the Cv of Ae Modular Solina module directly through Ae's Control I/O 1. 0Control 2nd row is controlling the 0Coast Slope Time effecting the 0Coast EOC. 0Control 3rd row is controlling the 0Coast Att/CV allowing for the changes in Gate time 0Control pressure pads are also triggering the gate of the Algodrone/Deadband combo through the audio I/O 2 I think.....that's basically it

Thanks for the video! It was great to hear / see the connection possibilities as opposed to just trying to imagine them. I think i'm moving away from pre-patched synths, but also I am interested in what Make Noise has to offer, so the tabletop offering may be the way to go.
