This Invention is neither new nor mine, but i love to play with ring-modulators - espacially those with "iron" in its signalpath because they imho sounds more 'fat'. I used a germanium diode quartet (Telefunken AAZ14 - still available at ebay), but you can also use four discrete ones. Transformers are 42TL016RC - 600R:600R/ center tapped. The circuit is complete passive, the power-plug is only for ground-potential. Simple sound-example -> www.hostermann.de/ring01.mp3
