There was a guy selling a 12-space rack on Reverb with a handful of modules in it-- a single tiny self-contained voice. He had it priced over retail, so I made him a reasonable offer and he accepted! I'm going to part out the modules and sell or trade some of them, but it has the Spring Reverb module in it and I thought I'd make a little demo of the voice and the spring reverb before I tore it down. It's nothing too musically interesting, but the spring reverb is pretty nice.
(People on Discord may have seen this already, but I know not everyone is there.)
I love the reverb and it is going to live in my main rack foreverrrrrrr.

Cute! I also have a tiny AE rack of only 12 units and it is a great to get back to basics if I'm too overwhelmed by the possibilities of my bigger rack. I call this little synth "Pipsqueak" but it can make a really good sound. We also had a patch competition last year after Superbooth where we asked everyone to make a track with only a very limited set of modules. While the competition is of course long closed, it may well serve as a useful source of inspiration: forum.aemodular.com/thread/292/competition-playing-superbooth-minisynth-closed

Oh nice.
I'm considering putting the performance mixer modules in here, as a sort of outboard mixer thing. I do like having it as a little voice on its own though.

Spring ain't no joke! I have two of those...each one outfitted with a different spring tank. One is supposedly the shorter, better-behaved type, but the other is one of those LONG 2-spring thingummys that should give me that awesome, splatty 2600 Accusonics sound.
