Really wish there was one. Something simple that would just snap onto the case.

I think you could make one relatively easily, as there are two brass screw fittings on the side to help you attach the stand to the case, just becareful with screw length to not touch the modules. ( ideally I’d say when you fit, remove the modules near to these so you can see inside the case) Also as AEM is so light you’ll only need a lightweight stand too. I was going to make one, then decided to defer in case I wanted a second case, so would combine. Still might do, but I’d need to see it fits in with my desk/shelves

I was actually just thinking about this today: a music stand like for sheet music is actually ideal, i might pull the trigger on of the those stands that attaches from the side of something

I definitely agree a laptop stand works brilliant. I would like to see something to connect cases together possibly using the threaded holes on the side. I believe Robert said he was possibly working on something that attaches to the module mounting screws on the back

Here ya go! Best I can manage at 4 in the morning... Will need to put the stand up on something so the bottom is flush with the back of the Korg there. (Had to go into “desktop mode” on my phone to see attachment button - not normally visible in mobile mode) Joel

Been doing a little research here, with an eye toward a dual 2-row configuration (eventually). Here's what I came up with out of Perfect Circuit's stock, both in single and dual-tier: 3D WAVES: the following will work: MPC Live (2-row, 15 degree angle), Novation Peak (2-row, 25 degrees), OB-6 (2-row _minus 1"_, 30 degrees), 9U Eurorack (can fit a 2-row and 1-row, or two 2-rows _minus 1"_). KV GEAR: Stiletto (2-row, requires XL rod), L1 (2-row), L2 (2 tiers of 2 row cases!), XL1 (2-row). ULTIMATE: MDS-100 (2-row, but _side clamps cannot be used;_ this can also expand to 2 tiers of 2-rows with the MDS-X expander). That's it thus far. Again, this is something that I'll definitely be needing, so it's an ongoing research topic for me right now. If anything pops up, I'll drop another post.
EDIT: Yep, knew I should've checked Thomann as well. So, also...
RELOOP: Controller Station (bottom tier can hold a 2-row AND a 1-row, top tier holds a 2-row), Controller Station 2 (2-rows on both tiers). These also can adjust to a width wider than the AE case itself, so those who want solid end support on the cabs might find these very useful.

I saw another quite nice idea: Using a TFT monitor stand and screwing the AE case onto it instead of the monitor. There are so many unused/defective 15" / 17" TFTs around and that's a good example of upcyling stuff, too. If I find the picture I will share it!

OK, I wanted to think big and transferred my beloved AEmod from the Starter Case II with some additional (never enough) modules into my new two supersized cases, like this one www.tangiblewaves.com/uploads/2/6/6/8/26688354/s459418657728573200_p69_i6_w2448.jpeg but with the WIDE version. As far, as cool. I'm not a DIY guy, but even I managed to drill a hole on the side of the case to use my old master module in the front row, because the power connector in the back row would interfere with the case hinge kit (as correctly written somewhere else). (OK, as I'm no DIY guy, I broke the red left side panel of the case while doing it … but thanks to two-component adhesives this may be fixed in 12 hours.) Anyway, now I honestly don't have much faith in the stability of the whole system with the hinge kit alone... with the WIDE format and two rows the standing part might be quite heavy. Question: Does anyone have a good, simple idea how to get two (connected!) two-row cases into a nice position? Something like the notebook stands for a single case, only twice as high and with 2 different slants? And a little smarter than a just a wooden 500x420 mm board … Would be nice to hear your ideas … or your experience with the hinge kit and two wide 2row cases.

Then, to make sure that everything stays stable, get some 1U or 2U blank panels. Attach these to the stand so that they're hidden behind each AE cab.
Now, it's possible to rest the bottommost AE cab on the stand's base, and even angle it a bit by having the cab resting against the plastic foot at the front. Do this and note where the gap between your cabs is, and mark those screwholes you see in the gap.
Put the lock clip on each screw, tighten it down with the lock clip holding the upper cab against the rack frame. Then repeat this at the top of the upper cab, with the lock clips again holding the cab against the frame. Your AE won't be going anywhere now...but at the same time, if you need to remove it, that's just a matter of loosening those four 10/32 screws and moving the clips aside. Cheap, easy. You can also put a bit of rubber tubing over the exposed part of the 10/32 screws to avoid scratching up the cabs.

Wow, thank you very much, Lugia, this look like a wonderful idea that will work! Do you use something like this and do have a photo of it?

Wow, thank you very much, Lugia , this look like a wonderful idea that will work! Do you use something like this and do have a photo of it? Not _yet._ This is the stand plan for my huge 4 x 20 x 2 system that Robert's getting finished up. Now, you'll note that that amount of cases is taller than the stand pictured...but by extending upwards with a large blank panel, you _can_ get 4 2-row cabs onto this thing. I already have the stand and blanks on hand...now I'm just waiting for the thing that goes on 'em!
And yes, there'll be pics. You better believe it!

For the 2*16 raw, I got this stand. I does go pretty high & can be tilted to whatever angle. www.thomann.de/gb/km_12155.htmThe plan is to have it inside the acoustic side of the double gigbag. www.thomann.de/gb/thomann_doppel_gigbag_eagitarre.htmWith 15cm deep i should be able to keep the patch cables in place. Point been to be able to go anywhere (by bicycle or buss/metro) and be able to plug and play within 2 min... Anyway still missing the main parts: The modular.... But will come soon or later.........

I'm a believer … Thanks again for the advice. I opted for another way, a combination of musical note stand (thanks to your your idea) and a plate of acrylic glass (only needed because of 2 cases). I will mount the cases to the acrylic glass and connect the glass to the stand. Maybe I will even be DIY enough to bend the glass for 2 different angles …
