Happy to hear about Wonky Stuff's new Turing Machine! I found a guy using a Eurorack Turing module to modulate sequences from his sequencer to have gently morphing melodies. That's right up my ally as a minimalist!

It's actually "Turing Machine" .. a reference to a theoretical model thought up by Alan Turing, the genius who cracked the Enigma code during WWII. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turing_machineWhen I studied computer science we had to prove that a given algorithm would stop by modeling it as a Turing Machine ... this is the infamous " Halting Problem" in theoretical computer science. That did my head in and I made sure to pursue more practical application of software engineering.

Very excited to try this module out! Always loved the look of these, randomness in patches is always a good thing in my eyes!

Randomness with restraints is what I'm after, and Namke thinks it *should* work with the quantizer. If so, I'd be a happy camper.
