I live in the US, in Colorado. December 19, 2020 - I ordered a few modules. January 21, 2021 - Robert shipped them using DHL + Deutsche Post. February 20, 2021 - USPS delivered them onto my front porch.  |

I live in the US, in Colorado. October 17, 2020 - I ordered a lot of modules and a case. January 6, 2021 - Robert shipped them using DHL / Deutsche Post. March 26, 2021 - USPS delivered them onto my front porch. The package was very damaged (cardboard punctured/torn, with tape to cover the wounds), but the contents were well-padded and in mint condition! Thank you very much, Robert and everyone else involved in Tangible Waves!     |

First post here, saw this thread straight up. Ordered the starter 2 from Noisebug. Hopefully it doesn't take too long, I'm super excited. I'm gonna be reading up and learning, it's gonna be my first modular.
Hopefully I'm ready when it gets here (Montreal)

First post here, saw this thread straight up. Ordered the starter 2 from Noisebug. Hopefully it doesn't take too long, I'm super excited. I'm gonna be reading up and learning, it's gonna be my first modular. Hopefully I'm ready when it gets here (Montreal) Noisebug has been pretty efficient. Most orders have arrived in a week or so ( I live in New Orleans.) I just placed a big order with Tangible waves because Noisebug has been out of stock of many things. I'm a little nervous after the last couple posts on this thread  |

I'm looking forward ot ordering more modules in the future from AEM, but for now the starter will do for a while, I THINK. EDIT : Next day. It shipped from Noisebug! two days after : supposed to get here today or tomorrow. We shall see! Got it today (03-31) |

hi i live in France, is there shipping is every time with dhl ??
i ask because sometimes transporter delivery are « sport » when you are not in place for receive…
and a simple postal tracking postage sometimes is more easy and cost less (maybe..) (especially if order only some module = small package) ?

Hi boooh, As for as I know Robert has a contract with DHL so will only use them for delivery. Also even though you live almost "next door" in France you should know that the current wait times is still 3 months, not just because of delivery issues, but most importantly because there are hundreds of orders and only 3 people at tangible waves to work on them. I think most people on the forum agree that it's worth the wait however  |

Hi and thank you for your answer.
No problem for waiting time product, it’s more about form transport who is sometimes a problem (mouse and cat play for catch shipping..)
One or two questions please..
I’m looking for many times to get a ae modular, i think that will be reality soon.
If i order now and if one month later i see a new module can i order it too and receive all in the same time ? or better to get all in one time and go for waiting 3 months ??
Other question..
If i order starter rack 2 with other modules, does i receive all mounting and test automatically or i have to mount the modules i had ??

If you order a starter rack and then, while still in production you order soem new modules, the chance are you gonna have them all together.
As for mounted modules, I do think there is an option in the shop to have them mouinted for you, but it's very very VERY easy to do so yourself. A 4 years old could do it.
And for shipping to France, it take usually a week to arrive. I had no issue with DHL
