As a fellow back pain sufferer I could see it immediately that something was wrong with your back, you see it in the way one moves, puts down stuff or picks stuff up. That back hurts. Hopefully it gets better soon. Make sure to keep lots of movement, siting still is IMHO the worst thing one can do with a sore back. You know what really doesn't help? Playing the baritone . Yet i still had to put in the time but I can feel it now, even with a proper shoulder harness. The lengths we go through for our arts.

Thanks! I've been doing the exercises the doctor gave me. It's feeling much better. I figure the best thing is not to give into the pain.

Especially sitting with your legs up on the lounge etc It's a pain you can't fake or hide. I've found since stretching every morning especially the calf muscles the back doesn't give out as much. wish I knew that years ago. Stretch youngins stretch!!
