Hey all! Had a good long session at the (almost) full system today, in order to sort some emotions.. But lets talk about the patch: Special place in this patch goes to namke 's BD55 micromodule prototype which delivers some slowly shifting rhythms using Euclid Grid + RBSS Background chords delivered by m4vrick 's Le Module 01 prototype. Added synth notes / bass is created with 2VCO + my own sub-oscillator prototype. Small warbles in the second half are created with a very fast LFO through Five Steps controlling CV/filter/VCA of FMOS. Extra FX and EQ added with the Bluebox (reverb + delay) soundcloud.com/zzzvm/zuurstof-morfine?utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharingThe patch: Cheers!

lots to like in this. cool rhythm and the bd55 and chords sound really nice. The 5steps LFO is my favourite.

First of the track: lot's of cool stuff going on, as maydonpoliris already mentioned.
Now for the title of that track, please tell me that you just combined words, because this does not sound good to me. I hope you are doing well, and I'm just reading too much in this title. If however I'm right then pm me anytime if you need to vent or talk. Seriously.

That's a nice piece. We all need a bit of bd55 going on. I'd say c'mon Namke get busy, but my CB55 clone circuit board is has been sitting in its wrapper for 6 months. More like this please.

The track was made in a 'therapeutical' session, not long after I got the news that my granddad died. He died painless, and had been suffering from dementia for a long time, so it was the end of a kind of prolonged goodbye. He lived his last moments with extra oxygen & morphine, hence the title. As for me, I'm doing okay. All things considered even pretty okay. Took a day off of work to clear my mind and make some more music, that helps me a lot. I did the 'real goodbye' already a long time ago, and back then it was a peaceful, and beautiful moment. But it's still a shock when you get the raw news. I recorded another track today and think i'll release it as a small, low-key, three track release to close the chapter for me personally. Unlike this track, the other ones will be more celebratory, reflecting all the good before the end. But again: thanks for checking in on me! x

Even those prolonged goodbyes can still be crushingly hard, despite our brain trying to reason around the pain. May you all finally find peace and let the good memories live on.
