A good start would e to try to tell us in as much detail as possible what exactly it is you have tried so far and what the results are. Saying it doesn't work is not very informative, second guessing is a waste of time and my mind reading skills are not what they should be. The more info you provide the more easy it is to get meaningful answers and help.
To answer your power question:
You can power 2 racks with one master module if you have connected the two racks together via the link kit cable. This is of course depending on how big both racks are and what modules you got installed in those racks, some modules are more power hungry than others and the master module is only capable of providing a certain amount of power, but overall 4x16 can be powered by one master module.

hi, i have two racks of AE modular modules i was wondering if i need two power supplies/Master i/os or just one? One Should be fine, dependant on what modules you have...and more importantly im trying to sequence my drumkit 010/ kick and seq8 modules with the first midi/cv drum channel of an Arturia keystep pro but i can’t solve or figure this out,. at least i want to bpm sync the AE systems to the rest if my stuff via keysteo pro. please help thanks so much in advance I control my SEQ16 via midi (BUS CLK) using the beat divider module; if a midi clock is going into the master module the SEQ module will run.... This will sync with your Beatstep pro (I do that too). You can use the BSP cv/gate out via the I/Os on the master unit (or 4 I/O module) then patched to the relevant module(s) from there. You can, in effect, make your own clock doing this by the gate out going to the clock in of the SEQ module, This is brill for basslines....

hi everyone: i’ve tried connecting a cable from cv out from either the keystep pro or the arp2600 and… nothing happens no tempo sync the lights in the master i/o won’t even blink. but when i send midi via the breakout cable it does receive data and lights blink. what i am teying to get to di is: use a keystep pro to sync and sequence; channel 1- the AE systems(drums mostly), channel 2-moog sub25, channel 3-poly D and channel 4-Arp2600. i’ve managed to sync all 2,3 and 4 channels. but the channel one i haven been able to successfully connect and sync/drum sequence te EA systems. hope all that was clear thanks one more time Rami.

You can only specify one or all midi channels on which your master/power module will recognize midi data an convert if to cv pitch and cv gate. The master/power module will not be able to provide you with one set of cv (pitch/gate) information per midi channel.
If you send cv information from an external device via the mini jack connector on the power/master module or a 4 I/O module then you will not see any visual indicators (i.e. blinking leds) you have to connect the received gate/triggers to for example an env module to see whether it receives a signal since that module will blink a led.
