I like the triangle wave the best. It's just a touch more harmonic information than a sine, making it a little easier to get my final waveform. I also like a solid sine wave for frequency modulation: a sine wave to modulate triangle wave to carry, wavefolder to crunch it, filter or low-pass gate it to smooth it out.
Sometimes I like to skip the filter and use the end out of the AD envelop to trigger the CV on the wavefolder. That way you get a tame FM triangle wave that morphs into something gnarly.
What's your favorite?

Sine, all the way. There is something with it that I like. Sure the other waveforms are great with way more harmonics, but the sine has something "pure" about it.
And it's my way to go for modulation, it's smooth. I dream about sinewave lfo, very very slow sinewave lfo

Mine would be PWM but that's not an option and no, a Square wave is not the same thing! PWM is brill for bass, My 2nd choice is Saw so went for that on the survey, got it off the boards...

Triangle for me, simply have better luck manually attenuating it to my ears for some reason.

Square wave through a nice beefy low-pass filter.
