Great video. Probably the best I've seen explaining the use of the rc505 and a modular. Seems like a great machine. I was always thinking you wouldn't need one with modular but there you go.

I agree it looks all about the plastic, Haven't notice anyone complain about that in their review vids so maybe its feel is ok? or maybe I blocked those bits out......not sure.

There are pedal loopers for guitarists so they must be easy to use.... because their hands are already full! I know there's a Boss one with a really good rep, think because Ed Sheeran uses.
Probably be cheaper and more sellable if you decide looping isn't for you.

I know the Octatrack can do it as well, but it's not a very good documented feature I think. Watching the RC505 price however... Few that's a lot 😬 I think for now it might be a better idea to set up Ableton + Midi controller as a looper.

admin ooo that Deluge goes under the radar but keeps proving its a great machine. It does look like its easy to loop on. and you get all the other bits that could easily fit into a modular workflow. pol This is what I did, I have a cheap boss rc3 which I used with guitar but realised I loved only the idea of looping and 1) I was crap at it and 2) I was into more sampling of guitar. This is the main reason for me not jumping onto the rc505 or any other looper really, it would be a pure GAS and then not use purchase. keurslagerkurt It is pricey but if looping is your thing......I really like the visual looping of the 505. Sonic state did a piece on it too and Gaz raves about it on his channel as well which I've linked.
