First of hopefully a long playlist about running different instrument through the Ae system. #1 DIY Bass : Bass was my first instrument for 20y but haven't plaid it much last couple of years...

I'm going to be following this series closely. How was the Bass sent through Ae. Was it processed at all or Audio mixed via the 4AttMix. Great track!

The bass is sent dry into the 4i/o. Overdrive in the 2signalamp Split in 2 second input of filters to get into the Dronx and one straight to the mixconsole Phaser in send 1 of dronx (and the 2 delays with low feedback). Delay and multieffect in send 1 and 2. So the bass was quite affected/abused by the modular system 🤪

Do you use some kind of di box between the bass and the 4 I/O, or just a straight cable with matching connectors?

I'm using the headphone output (mini jack) from a cheap guitar multieffect from wish. The pockrock! You can see it on the desk under the modular.
I have 2 of this (paid like 20€ each) and use them mostly for outdoor jam as there is a cab simulator on it to get straight to the battery powered PA.
Here everything was on flat, clean sound selected and amp simulation off (since it's for a guitar amp I prefer bass without).

This time it's the Microgranny getting into the AE system. The Microgranny does all the speech and then affected and mixed within the modular. I mostly have one voice from the modular (the repeated lead). The mix is then sent into the Octotrack of my friend for further resampling and different effects.
Disclaimer: DFAM was active in the jam so we had no choice but going I industrialcore...🤘
Sorry 😜

Laughing hard at your disclaimer and apology . Nice track and I get case envy whenever I see yours. would be a good way to lock the Ae up for security purposes too.

Just got the CIRRUS this afternoon! I need to read the manual but first quick and noisy patch was enjoyable! The Futujara is such a beautiful instrument which really deserve better than this but it didn't complain much
