Orders are coming in and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support. A couple of notes on shipping. Currently I will set a shipping schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So all orders from yesterday and today will go out tomorrow (Wednesday.) I’ll send out an email with tracking info. I would also like to comment on the elephant in the room... International Shipping. It bothers me greatly that shipping costs are so high, but this is out of my control. I am doing everything I can to keep the cost down, but ultimately my hands are tied. I understand the frustration, and just know, I am just as frustrated by it. It becomes very hard to sell a product when the shipping costs more than the product itself. Hopefully we can find a work around in the near future. Once again... thanks for ordering!

It took me a long time to find an acceptable way to ship my kits, which ended up as sending it in 'letter' format with the Belgian post (DHL, UPS, and others where all at LEAST 40$). Of course something like that is not possible for a more physical product like your one I guess, although maybe it would just fit in a 'letter' format? But I suppose you already checked all those options anyway, as you've done a really nice & thorough job with setting all this up! Hope these sell well, and hope there will be a Deus Ex Machina for shipping to EU somewhere in the future, as I'd love to have one. Or maybe I should finally learn to use that 3D-printer in the lab nearby..  |
