2ENV 2nd env not responding to any gate or trigger input

I've recently discovered that the 2nd env of one my 2ENV isn't functioning. I don't know how long this has been going on for as I sort of acquired more envelopes then I've needed till now :-/
The LED doesn't come on when fed any kind of gate or trigger and it doesn't output any envelope. The upper AD works just fine. Attaching short video for reference. Both attacks are being fed the same gate output from the SEQ8. If it was a dead LED I think I could probably solder a new one but it seems more complicated than that. I have a basic multimeter. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?!
