Hiya, I have a Polyend tracker on the way and I wondered if I can use the midi out to control the AE Modular? Has anyone done this yet?

Use Midi input on the Master module with this :
MIDI channel can be selected between 1, 14, 15,16 or OMNI.
EDIT : a TRS cable between the Polyend and the AEM Master module works.

You can also use you can use a simple TRS cable but you have to switch tip and ring, since AE modular is Midi TRS type B, whereas Polyend tracker is type A.

dmoney2000 has a lot of great jams on his youtube using polyend & AE Modular. If I'm not mistaking, he uses the MIDI out of the polyend for AE Modular in some.

Hi all, I'm not sure what the midi out type on the tracker is (a or b), but I've plugged a trs cable straight from the tracker directly to the 3.5mm midi plug on the AE master module, and it works! In my usual setup, the midi out of the tracker goes into a 6-way midi splitter, and sends out clock and note data to all the other gear. Cheers!
