First post on the forum - expressing my delight with Kurt's DE_AD BA_ND and QUAD BOOST module kits. First time I have ever soldered - success with both modules. The DE_AD BA_ND is deep... I stayed up until 3:30 in the morning playing after completing both modules in the evening. I can see how the DB will become an integral part of my workflow along with the rbss module from Wonkystuff. With one patch (input FMOS, Solina, Wavetables and the 2OSC with CV from rbss & LFO) I was able to generate a seemingly infinite set of sounds. The QUAD BOOST works as described - today I will ponder how best to exploit it to push sound over the edge.
If I can solder these, anyone can do it. I look forward to making a Ring Mod from the various schematics I have seen here on the forum.Attachments:
